By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Diagnoze mobile application and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Diagnoze is a health monitoring and AI-powered medical assistance platform that provides:

• Health metrics tracking (BMI, blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, sleep)
• AI-powered health insights through "Liva" assistant
• Symptom checker and health assessments
• Medical records storage and management
• Expert consultations with healthcare professionals
• Family health management features

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• Users between 13-17 years old may use the Service with parental consent
• Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Service

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

Our Service is primarily designed for users in India and may not be available in all countries.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.2 Account Verification

• Phone number verification via OTP is required for account activation
• Additional verification may be required for certain features

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Plan Types

• Free Plan (₹0/month): Limited usage of features
• Pro Plan (₹49/month): Enhanced features and higher usage limits
• Family Plan (₹99/month): Full features for multiple family members

5.2 Usage Limits

Each plan has specific usage limits for:

• AI Chat questions
• Health metrics entries
• Health assessments
• Symptom checker sessions
• Medical records storage
• Family member profiles
• Expert consultations

5.3 Billing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

5.4 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 Permitted Uses

• Track your personal health metrics
• Store and manage your medical records
• Communicate with healthcare professionals
• Share health data with authorized family members
• Use AI features for health insights

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful health information
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service

7. Medical Disclaimer

7.1 Not Medical Advice

• Our Service provides health information and insights for educational purposes only
• The AI assistant and features do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment
• Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice
• Do not rely solely on our Service for medical decisions

7.2 Emergency Situations

• Our Service is not intended for medical emergencies

• Google Gemini API for AI features
• Razorpay for payment processing

• We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
